Research Services

Our research librarians are here to help with research, study support, whakapapa/family history, or using our library resources, or historical interest from our heritage collections. 

We have a range of comfortable spaces perfect for studying. There are multiple power outlets to plug in your own devies and free WIFI access throughout the library.

If you require assistance with research inquiries, study support, whakapapa/family history investigations, utilizing the library catalogue or eLibrary databases, or wish to learn more about our stained-glass window, our librarians are available to provide guidance. Book a personalised consultation at a time that is convenient.

Out of District Fees

We offer 30 minutes of free research support. After that, a fee of $52 per hour (or part thereof) applies. A research librarian will discuss the scope of your request and any potential charges before proceeding.

Additional costs may apply for photocopying, printing, and postage.
