There is a 24 hour returns slot on the side of the library building, off the Bright Street library car park.
Overdue Procedure
Email reminders are sent 2 days before the item/s due date and a reminder 2 weeks after the due date. If you would like to receive email reminders, please ensure we have your current email address.

Post - *Replacement cost invoice sent 56 days after the due date. This includes a $5 administration charge per item

Payment Options / Bank Details
In-Person
In-person at the HB Williams Memorial Library by EFTPOS or cash. You can pay either at the library service desk Pukarau or at any of our self-issue units.

Lost or Damaged Items
When the item is 57 - 90 days overdue, we will send an invoice.
If an item is returned damaged, we will send an invoice.
Lost/damaged material *replacement cost + $5.00 administration cost per item (non-refundable).

Lost Items
Contact us to report a lost item. The replacement cost can be automatically added to your library membership.
If an item is found and returned in good condition within 6 months of payment, you will receive a refund of the replacement cost.
Damaged Items
Items returned damaged will be charged replacement cost. Please contact us or notify staff at the point of return if you damage an item.
Items returned with missing parts e.g. CD or DVD. We will attempt to make contact regarding the missing item to ask for its return. If we are unable to contact you or the item isn't returned within 1 month, the replacement cost will be added to your library membership.
If an item is found and returned in good condition within 6 months of payment, you will receive a refund of the replacement cost.
