Meeting Rooms
Our study rooms and smaller meeting rooms are available to all members of the community, free of charge. To reserve, please complete a Meeting Room Booking form or phone us on 06 867 6709.
Please note that we don't take same day bookings, but if a room is unoccupied and the posted schedule is free, you are welcome to use it. For next day bookings, phoning during library opening times is preferable.
Mahutonga / Southern Cross Hire
For larger groups, our presentation / workshop room, Mahutonga / Southern Cross, is available to hire. The room includes a kitchenette, toilet, data projector, and retractable screen, and can accommodate up to 40 attendees.
To book this room, please complete the Mahutonga Room Booking Form. If you require more information, email info@gpl.govt.nz.
Please note that the Mahutonga/Southern Cross room is fully booked for December 2024.
