Our study rooms and smaller meeting rooms are available to use free of charge.
To book for a future date, please fill out this form Meeting Room Booking form or for a next day booking, please phone us on 06 867 6709.
Please note that we don't take same day bookings, but if a room is unoccupied and the posted schedule is free, you are welcome to use it. For next day bookings, phoning during library opening times is preferable.

Mahutonga / Southern Cross Hire
For larger groups, our presentation / workshop room, Mahutonga / Southern Cross, is available to hire. The room includes a kitchenette, toilet, data projector, and retractable screen, and can accommodate up to 40 attendees.
