Meeting Room Booking

Our study rooms and meeting rooms are available to all members of the community, free of charge. 

Please note that we don't take same day bookings, but if a room is unoccupied and the posted schedule is free, you are welcome to use it.

For next-day bookings, please phone us during library opening hours.   

For online or email bookings, please allow 2 working days response time. If you email us over the weekend, we’ll respond as soon as we can during the week, but we are unable to confirm a Monday booking.
