Meeting Rooms
Our study rooms and meeting rooms are available to all members of the community, free of charge. To reserve, please complete a Meeting Room Booking form or phone us on 06 867 6709.
Please note that we don't take same day bookings, but if a room is unoccupied and the posted schedule is free, you are welcome to use it. For next day bookings, phoning during library opening times is preferable.

For larger groups, our presentation / workshop room, Mahutonga, is available to hire. The room includes a kitchenette, toilet, data projector, and retractable screen, and can accommodate up to 40 attendees.
