Click and Collect

An extension of our reservation system, our Click and Collect service is available for library members who prefer to remain outside the library to receive their items.

Simply follow the reservation process, either reserving by phone or online. When you receive notification that your items are available, fill out this form for your preferred date and time of pickup.

During your confirmed time slot, a Librarian will meet you outside the door at the Bright Street entrance. Please be prompt! If it is wet, the collection point will be in the Bright Street Lobby.

Contactless payment via online banking is available for items that incur a charge.
