How to join
Membership to the H.B Williams Memorial Library is free for all residents within the Gisborne and Wairoa Districts.
To register, please bring identification and proof of postal address (i.e. a recent bank statement, bill etc.)
To start the process you can register online, then bring in your ID to complete the application.
