This database contains the New Zealand Acts 1841-2007 As-Enacted Collection. It has been provided by the Parliamentary Counsel Office and is a database of New Zealand Acts from 1841 to 2007 as originally enacted. The Acts, which are in PDF format, do not include any later amendments or show whether they have been repealed. The 1908 Consolidation is available as a separate database. For current legislation and enacted legislation and repealed legislation since 2007, visit the New Zealand Legislation website.
